1. Eligibility 

• Qualified to Join:

  • Participants must have an active Facebook account.

2. How to Join:

1. Like and Share the contest post on Facebook (must be set to Public).

2. Follow BOK Korean Fried Chicken on Facebook.

3. Snap a photo of yourself enjoying BOK Korean Fried Chicken.

4. Comment your photo on the contest post and tag three (3) friends.

3. Rules for Entry Submission:

• Each participant is allowed only one (1) entry.

• Photos must be unique; exact duplicate photos will result in disqualification.

• Deadline for entries: December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM.

• Entries must comply with all contest requirements to be valid.

4. Draw Details:

• Schedule and Venue of Draw: January 7, 2025, at BOK Head Office, 65 Presidents Ave, BF Homes, Paranaque.

• Determination of Winner:

  • Valid entries will be uploaded to the online tool Wheel of Names.

  • The spin-the-wheel tool will randomly select one (1) winner.

5. Announcement of Winner:

• Date: January 10, 2025.

• Notification: The winner will be tagged in the announcement post on Facebook and Instagram.

6. Prize Details:

• Grand Prize:

  • One (1) iPhone 16 Pro 128GB.

    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • BOK Korean Fried Chicken is not responsible for any warranty claims, repairs, or after-sales concerns.

  • Weekly Redemption of Free BOK Solo Meal for 1 Year:

    • Includes 3 pcs of chicken with plain rice.

    • Redemption is valid for 52 weeks from the issuance of the Free Solo Meal card.

    • Meals may only be claimed once per week, at any BOK branch.

    • Upgrades (e.g., Kimchi or Dirty Fried Rice) are available for an additional fee.

    • Offer is non-convertible to cash and cannot be used with other discounts or promotions.

    • Lost cards will not be replaced.

7. Claiming the Prize:

• Deadline for claiming prizes: January 31, 2025.

• Meet-up for claiming will be arranged at the nearest BOK Korean Fried Chicken branch.

8. Taxation:

• Account Ventures Inc. (BOK Korean Fried Chicken) will shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000.

9. General Terms:

• By joining the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

• BOK Korean Fried Chicken reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify participants who fail to meet the requirements.

• The promotion is subject to modification or termination at any time without prior notice.
